How it works
PULSE is designed to support employees consistently, while giving HR a clearer picture of what's actually happening across the workforce.
Step 01
Each month, PULSE delivers professionally crafted wellbeing content directly to every employee. Not a generic mailout, but a structured programme built around five pillars of wellness that builds consistency over time.
Step 02
Employees interact with content that feels real and practical: fitness, nutrition, self-care, mental health, and resilience. Written from lived experience, not corporate templates. Because people engage with what feels human.
Step 03
Engagement patterns, content trends, and survey responses flow into quarterly Power Pulse Reports. HR starts to see what's resonating, what's shifting, and where attention is needed. All insights reported at workforce level.
Five pillars of PULSE
Every month, employees receive practical content across all five pillars. Consistent support, built around real life.
Emotional resilience, stress tools, and proactive mental fitness.
Accessible movement and body-positive wellbeing for any level.
Practical food guidance that fits real lives and busy schedules.
Sleep, recovery, and the daily habits that restore and sustain.
Mindset, adaptability, and the tools to cope when pressure builds.
Why PULSE matters
Traditional corporate wellness is reactive. An employee calls a helpline when they're already in crisis. They wait. They get 3 to 5 sessions. HR gets a utilisation report six months later showing 4% of people used the service.
The other 96% got nothing. Not because they didn't need support, but because they were never going to pick up the phone.
PULSE changes the equation. It puts wellbeing in front of every employee, every month, and turns that engagement into insight. You don't just deliver wellness. You start to understand your workforce in a way that reactive programmes never could.

Meaningful insight for HR
PULSE doesn't just deliver content. It builds a picture.
Every open, every click, every survey response adds depth. Over time, you start to see patterns: which pillars draw the most attention, which topics employees keep coming back to, where engagement dips, and what that might tell you about the wellbeing of your workforce.
Quarterly Power Pulse Reports bring it all together. Not dashboards full of numbers, but clear, human insight you can take to the board, share with leadership, and use to shape how you support your people going forward.

Founder, PowerFit Wellness Solutions
If the system only responds after someone breaks, the system is broken.
— Tshepiso Power
PowerFit Wellness Solutions was founded by Tshepiso Power. Her background spans corporate environments, data operations, and people-centred problem solving.
She created PULSE after experiencing the gap first-hand: calling an employee helpline during a difficult period and being told to wait 48 hours. That moment became the business thesis.
Through PowerFit, her mission is to help organisations support their people earlier, more consistently, and in a way that's real.
